乙方同意甲方托运_________货物，经双方协商一致，签订本合同，共同遵守执行。
第一条 运输方法

第二条 货物包装要求

第十一条 甲方违约责任

第十二条 乙方违约责任

3．乙方违章装、卸造成货物损坏，应赔偿实际损失，并向甲方偿付损失部分价款_________％的违约金。

第十三条 不可抗力
1．在装、卸货物过程中，因气候影响装、卸作业时间，经甲乙双方签证，可按实际时间扣除。

Article 1 Transportation Method

Article 2 Packaging Requirements for Goods

Article 3 Concentration and Receipt Time of Goods

Article 7 Unloading Time
The first party guarantees that the second party's vessel will arrive at the destination port and unload the goods within _________ hours from the time of anchoring.
Article 8 Transportation Quality
When the second party loads the goods, the first party sends personnel to supervise the loading, guide the operation according to regulations, ensure safe loading, seal the cabin after loading, and the first party sends an escort of _________ people to escort the goods. Article 9 Transportation Costs

Article 10 Freight Settlement Method

Article 11 Party A's Liability for Breach of Contract
1. If Party A fails to concentrate the goods on time, resulting in Party B's vessel being unable to load and depart on time, Party A shall pay Party B a penalty of _________ yuan for each hour of delay.
2. If Party A fails to unload the goods on time, Party A shall pay Party B a penalty of _________ yuan for each hour of delay.

Article 12 Party B's Liability for Breach of Contract

2. If Party B fails to notify Party A by telegram of the preparation time for unloading after the vessel sets sail, Party B shall be responsible for any losses caused.

Article 13 Force Majeure
During the loading and unloading process, if the weather affects the loading and unloading operation time, it can be deducted based on the actual time after being signed by both parties.
2. Due to the impact of a storm of level _________ or above, if the contract cannot be fulfilled on time, neither party shall be liable for breach of contract.
Article 14: In case of any dispute arising during the execution of this contract, both parties shall first resolve it through consultation. If consultation fails to resolve the dispute, both parties may resolve it in accordance with item (_________) below:
