根据经济合同法规定，经济合同在履行期间，凡价格执行国家定价的，在合同规定的交付期限内国家价格调整时，按交付时的价格计价。逾期交货的，遇价格上涨时，按原价格执行;价格下降时，按新价格执行。逾期提货或者逾期付款的遇价格上涨时，按新价格执行;价格下降时，按原价格执行。
经济合同中有关质量、期限、地点及价款约定不明确的，当事人又不能通过协商达成协议的，根据《民法通则》的规定，应当按照下列原则履行。(1)质量约定不明确的，应当按照国家质量标准履行;没有国家质量标准的，应当按照通常标准履行。(2)履行期限不明确的，义务人可以随时向权利人履行义务，权利人也可以随时要求义务人履行义务，但应当给对方必要的准备时间。(3)履行地点不明确的，给付货币的，在接受给付一方的所在地履行，其他标的在履行义务一方在所在地履行。(4)价款约定不明确的，按照国家规定的价格履行;没有国家规定价格的，参照市场价格或同类物品的价格或者同类劳务的报酬标准履行。

If there is an increase in price due to delayed delivery or payment, the new price shall be implemented; When the price drops, execute according to the original price.
If the quality, term, location, and price provisions in an economic contract are not clear, and the parties cannot reach an agreement through negotiation, according to the provisions of the General Principles of Civil Law, the following principles shall be followed for performance. (1) If the quality agreement is not clear, it shall be fulfilled in accordance with the national quality standards; If there are no national quality standards, they should be fulfilled according to the usual standards. (2) If the performance deadline is not clear, the obligor may perform the obligation to the right holder at any time, and the right holder may also demand the obligor to perform the obligation at any time, but the other party shall be given necessary preparation time. (3) If the place of performance is unclear and currency is paid, it shall be performed at the location of the receiving party, and other subject matters shall be performed at the location of the performing party. (4) If the price agreement is not clear, the price shall be fulfilled according to the national regulations; If there is no national price regulation, the performance shall be based on market prices, prices of similar goods, or remuneration standards for similar services.
