The litigation costs in this case shall be borne by the defendant. Fact and Reason: The plaintiff is the exclusive brand distributor of Ceramic Co., Ltd. in the Jiangxi region. In order to expand the market, the plaintiff and the defendant signed the "2009 Regional Distribution Agreement ()" on April 12, 2009, authorizing the defendant to distribute Marco Polo tiles in cities and counties. The contract period is from January 1, 2009 to December 31, 2009. Due to the defendant's failure to fulfill the obligation of "collecting 300000 yuan from sales in 2009" as stipulated in the agreement, the plaintiff cancelled the defendant's distribution qualification in Jishui County, which the defendant recognized. After the expiration of the contract at the end of 2009, the defendant violated contractual obligations and continued to use the trademark logo. Despite multiple reminders from the plaintiff, they refused to remove it, seriously harming the plaintiff's interests.
